2010 Ranger Wrestling Camps

The Ranger Wrestling Camps are intensive, fast paced camps that will challenge wrestlers both mentally and physically. Camps will be held July 5th - 9th for 3rd-6th grades and July 12th - July 16th for 7th - 12 grades.

Campers will be trained by current high school wrestlers, current and former college wrestlers, and high school coaches. The camp will cover the following areas of wrestling techniques: hand-fighting, neutral position, short offense, bottom position, top position, circuit drilling and much more! Camp will meet in the Loudoun County HS wrestling room. Call 703-777-0343 for more information. Please register prior to camp. Walk-in registration will not be accepted.
